Motor Drivers and Gate Drivers

Motor driver ICs interface an MCU or control circuit with brushed DC, BLDC, PMSM, stepper, and other inductive loads. The portfolio includes integrated half bridge and full H-bridge drivers with internal power MOSFETs, as well as three-phase gate drivers for external MOSFET or IGBT power stages. Integrated charge pump or high side drive circuitry supports PWM speed, direction, braking, and output-disable control, while current sensing and protection functions help monitor motor operation and protect the power stage.
