HBLED (High Current) Switch Input

HBLED™ devices are a Lumissil defined class of high current LED drivers for high brightness applications, typically operating above 5 V and supporting more than 100 mA per channel. HBLED switch input drivers use dedicated control inputs to turn LEDs on, off, or dim them in response to mechanical, capacitive touch, or magnetic switch signal inputs. Their linear constant current architecture provides simple, low EMI, standalone lighting control without requiring a host MCU. Programmable LED current, ultra-low standby power, and gamma corrected fade in and fade out enable illumination for vanity mirrors, glove boxes, trunk lights, door lamps, and other position-activated lighting applications.
